After graduation from UCLA’s MBA program at the Anderson School of Management, Frank Roessler, began his career in multifamily at M&A Real Estate Partners. While there he cut his teeth on the institutional side of acquisitions. M&A purchased approximately $300M of assets during his tenure in over a dozen US states. This experience showed Mr. Roessler a sophisticated yet conservative approach to the institutional side of multifamily investment.
Frank worked at M&A for approximately 7 and a half years. The second half of his career there was spent as the asset manager of their portfolio. M&A’s portfolio was valued at $400M spread throughout several major US metros. Overseeing a portfolio of this size and geographic makeup gave Frank an excellent understanding on meeting the challenges of occupancy and revenue. During Franks tenure of asset management the average portfolio occupancy grew from 88% to 96%.
